These systems must be able to support a range of external clients  including systems and payloads hosted on landers, rovers, surface shelters, or deployed payloads  under harsh lunar conditions, from mid-latitudes to polar regions, ranging from daytime to night survival. The goal is therefore to deliver reliable energy and thermal regulation as a modular service, adaptable to multiple mission profiles and operational needs.
