Building on previous ESA and industry studies, the activity will identify key design drivers, perform trade-offs, and define a baseline platform concept up to System Requirements Review (SRR) level. It will also assess enabling technologies, engage with European suppliers, and establish a roadmap toward platform maturation and future demonstration. In parallel, the activity will analyse mission scenarios, hosted payload opportunities, and commercialisation aspects to support the preparation of a potential In-Orbit Demonstration (IOD).
